I am aware that you have a no refund no return policy re gifts cards. However, I’m hoping the extenuating circumstances will cause to to revise your policy.
I went on a buying spree this year and sent email versions of your gift cards to three recipients..
In several cases the cards were not released for several hours after Christmas Day began, to the point that I believed i had done something wrong and ordered duplicate versions. Finally, the originals were released and now I find myself with the duplicates.
